Everybody is talking about the fact that we should raise public awareness, but no one does anything about it. In July 2015, Lena started this podcast, which now has become a success.
She has been working within the industry for more than 25 years and always meet interesting people with a story to tell. Inspired by my shipping friends, and my new friends in the digital space, I decided to spread the word about the coolest industry on the planet and help to raise the profile, all by myself. The shipping industry is a peoples’ business, maybe that’s why I like it so much, and now you can finally listen to the voices from the maritime industry, talking about their passion for their jobs, what they think about the future and what they think about the current state of our industry.
I use social media to spread the word about the Shipping Podcast, try Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. If you want to get in contact with me, I am @lenagothberg on most platforms.
The amazing Bryan Kramer, founder of the H2H concept - Human-to-Human is my guest on this episode and he shares so many valuable tips around how you can be more human to both attract and retain top talent and ideal clients too.
